A neighborhood restaurant is more than a place to order food. It’s someone’s livelihood. A family’s years of hard work. A first job, a familiar face, and a place where people feel welcome.
But too many independent owners are losing ground—not because their food isn’t good or their community doesn’t love them, but because the systems they depend on don’t always put their business first. High commissions can eat into already-thin margins, while third-party platforms can make it harder to build direct relationships with the customers they serve.
We believe the people behind these businesses deserve technology that works for them—without making running a restaurant more complicated.
That’s why we built Trelvn: so independent owners can run their restaurant under their own name, build real relationships with their customers, and keep more of what they earn.
We started in Queens, New York, where food reflects the cultures, families, and traditions that make each neighborhood its own. We believe the local deli, the family-run takeout spot, and the neighborhood restaurant deserve tools as capable as those available to the biggest chains—without having to become one.
That belief still guides us, one restaurant at a time.
Our role is to make the technology easier, so owners have more time for their food, their teams, and their customers.
When independent restaurants thrive, their neighborhoods benefit too.
