In the Trelvn app, select the restaurant where you created the account, open Rewards, verify the account phone if needed, choose Delete my account, and confirm the request with the new SMS one-time passcode sent to your phone.
The request applies only to the selected restaurant. Direct identifiers are anonymized and push registrations are removed. Limited transaction records may be retained when required for accounting, payment reconciliation, fraud prevention, disputes, or legal obligations.
If you cannot complete the in-app flow, email privacy@trelvn.com with the restaurant name and phone number used for the account. We may need to verify your identity.
